Ladies and Gentlemen, Members of the Higher Council for Education,
Training, and Scientific Research
The General Assembly of our Council is meeting today for the ninth session of its second term, a session that marks a new stage in the momentum generated by our institution and that will resolutely continue the sustained efforts made thus far.
First of all, I would like to congratulate Mr. Yassine Zaghloul, President of Mohammed Premier University in Oujda, on his appointment to the Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research as an ex officio member. I welcome him among us and wish him every success in the contributions he will undoubtedly make to the work of the Council.
I would also like to express my thanks to Mr. Abdelaziz Bendou for his efforts and constructive contributions to the Council during his time as a member.
Finally, I would like to express my sincere thanks to the students who have completed their term on the Council and congratulate them on obtaining their high school diplomas. Their time at this institution, where they have left their mark, has undoubtedly fueled their desire to pursue higher education, which we hope will be crowned with success, commensurate with their excellence and commitment.
