Introduction to the Council
The Higher Council for Education, Training, and Scientific Research is an independent constitutional institution established under Article
168 of the Constitution of the Kingdom.
The Council performs advisory functions on public policy and national issues related to education, training, and scientific research, thereby contributing to the establishment of good governance, sustainable development, and participatory democracy.
The Council is a melting pot for strategic thinking and a pluralistic forum for debate and consultation on issues relating to the education, training, and scientific research system, contributing to the promotion of Moroccan schools.
