Garantir \u00e0 tous les enfants en situation de handicap, le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation, est l\u2019objet du s\u00e9minaire organis\u00e9 conjointement les 7 et 8 janvier 2019 par le Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique et l\u2019UNICEF.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce s\u00e9minaire s\u2019inscrit, pour le CSEFRS, dans le cadre du suivi de la Vision Strat\u00e9gique 2015-2030 qui a fait de l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9 un des fondements de la r\u00e9forme de l\u2019\u00e9ducation au Maroc. Il a constitu\u00e9 un moment d\u2019\u00e9change permettant aux nombreux acteurs de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative d\u2019avoir des informations relatives aux politiques, aux conceptions et aux pratiques des divers pays participants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce s\u00e9minaire est aussi une op\u00e9rationnalisation de la convention cadre, sign\u00e9e le 16 novembre 2018 entre l\u2019Instance Nationale d\u2019\u00c9valuation aupr\u00e8s du Conseil Sup\u00e9rieur de l\u2019\u00c9ducation, de la Formation et de la Recherche Scientifique\u00a0et l\u2019UNICEF. Il constitue \u00e9galement une contribution directe \u00e0 l\u2019effort fourni pour l\u2019atteinte des Objectifs de D\u00e9veloppement durable, notamment le quatri\u00e8me Objectif qui vise \u00e0 assurer l\u2019acc\u00e8s de tous \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9, sur un pied d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9, et promouvoir les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019apprentissage tout au long de la vie\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Chaque enfant, quelle que soit sa situation, a droit \u00e0 une \u00e9ducation de qualit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb. Ce s\u00e9minaire a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de penser les moyens de transformer cet engagement en une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 pour chaque enfant au Maroc\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En ratifiant la Convention internationale des droits de l\u2019enfant en 1993, le Maroc a reconnu le droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation pour tous les enfants, notamment ceux en situation de handicap (articles 23, 28, 29). En coh\u00e9rence avec ces engagements, la nouvelle Constitution du Royaume du Maroc du 1er juillet 2011 affirme les droits et les libert\u00e9s des personnes en situation de handicap qui suppose, sur le plan \u00e9ducatif, l\u2019instauration d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif inclusif.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le s\u00e9minaire a essay\u00e9 d\u2019apporter des r\u00e9ponses \u00e0 plusieurs questions qui d\u00e9terminent aujourd\u2019hui la r\u00e9alisation du droit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9ducation en faveur des enfants en situation de handicap, en vue de construire une vision partag\u00e9e de la situation ainsi que des politiques et pratiques en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9valuation qui devraient faciliter et guider l\u2019enseignement et l\u2019apprentissage dans le cadre d\u2019une \u00e9ducation inclusive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ont pris part \u00e0 ce s\u00e9minaire des experts nationaux et internationaux ainsi que des acteurs associatifs et les parties prenantes, \u0153uvrant dans le domaine de l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants en situation de handicap.
