Le processus d\u2019\u00e9valuation repose sur les principes et approches suivants :<\/p>\n

  1. Utilise les normes internationales et les outils scientifiques d\u2019\u00e9valuation.<\/li>\n
  2. Privil\u00e9gier la d\u00e9marche participative avec les acteurs \u00e9ducatifs.<\/li>\n
  3. Construit le dispositif d\u2019\u00e9valuation interne en collaboration avec les entit\u00e9s \u00e9ducatives et de recherche scientifique.<\/li>\n
  4. Donne des appr\u00e9ciations en toute neutralit\u00e9 et impartialit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Niveaux d\u2019\u00e9valuation
    \n<\/span><\/h2>\n

    [\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb]L\u2019\u00e9valuation concerne plusieurs niveaux du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif :<\/p>\n

      \n
    • La macro \u00e9valuation: Elle concerne le syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif dans son ensemble, les politiques publiques, les programmes nationaux, les secteurs et les cycles \u00e9ducatifs : pr\u00e9scolaire, primaire, secondaire coll\u00e9gial, secondaire qualifiant, sup\u00e9rieur, professionnel, priv\u00e9, \u00e9ducation non formelle, ainsi que la gouvernance du syst\u00e8me \u00e9ducatif et son financement.<\/li>\n
    • La m\u00e9so \u00e9valuation: Elle se rapporte aux unit\u00e9s et aux \u00e9tablissements d\u2019\u00e9ducation : l\u2019\u00e9cole, l\u2019universit\u00e9, les programmes, etc<\/li>\n
    • La micro \u00e9valuation: Elle se rapporte aux :<\/li>\n
    • Apprenants et \u00e0 leurs acquis. Cette \u00e9valuation est \u00e0 la fois men\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale (PIRLS, TIMSS, PISA), et nationale (PNEA : Programme National de l\u2019\u00e9valuation des Acquis au Maroc). Le PNEA constitue l\u2019instrument national de l\u2019\u00e9valuation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des acquis des \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/li>\n
    • Acteurs du syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9ducation, de formation et de recherche scientifique.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
