Monsieur Youssef EL BAKKALI, Pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation Mohammed VI de Promotion des \u0152uvres sociales de l\u2019\u00c9ducation Formation, est dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l\u2019Institut des Technologies de Floride aux Etats Unis o\u00f9 il a obtenu un Bachelor en g\u00e9nie des oc\u00e9ans et un Master en g\u00e9nie civil. Il est \u00e9galement titulaire d\u2019un MBA de l\u2019Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chauss\u00e9es de Paris. Il a occup\u00e9, depuis 1992, plusieurs postes manag\u00e9riaux dans de grandes entreprises nationales de construction avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer le Cabinet Royal en 1998.
\nA ce titre, il a accompagn\u00e9 les travaux de la Commission Sp\u00e9ciale de l\u2019\u00c9ducation Formation. Il a, par la suite, assur\u00e9 la gestion de la Fondation Mohammed VI de Promotion des \u0152uvres Sociales de l\u2019Education Formation depuis sa cr\u00e9ation en 2001 et a supervis\u00e9 et pilot\u00e9 la r\u00e9alisation de ses diff\u00e9rents programmes sociaux.
\nEn avril 2018, le Roi Mohammed VI, que dieu l\u2019Assiste, l\u2019a nomm\u00e9 Pr\u00e9sident de la Fondation Mohamed VI de Promotion des \u0152uvres Sociales de l\u2019Education Formation, et l\u2019a promu au grade de Secr\u00e9taire d\u2019Etat au sein du Cabinet Royal dont il est charg\u00e9 de mission.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
