In this capacity, the Secretary-General ensures the smooth running of the Council and the management of its staff, in accordance with the mandate conferred upon him or her by the Chair of the Council.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">In addition, the Secretary-General:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"margin-left: 20px;\">\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Preparation of documents and materials relating to Board meetings;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">Secretary of the Council;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">To maintain and archive the Council\u2019s data, reports, files and records;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">To help coordinate the work of the committees and working groups established within the Council and the National Agency for the Evaluation of the Education, Training and Scientific Research System.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The Secretary-General also participates in the work of the Council and its Bureau in an advisory capacity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row content_placement=&#8221;middle&#8221;
